Natalie is a sweet and loving 9 yr. old, strictly indoor cat. She was adopted as a stray when she was 10-12 weeks oldnear New Orleans, LA. She has lived with another cat since that time and gets along with her very well. We moved to OR in the fall of 2001. We are looking for a new home for Natalie because she doesn't want to be around our dog and basically lives in one room of the house. After 5 years of trying to work it out, we have realized that she would be much happier in a home with no dogs, where she would feel comfortable exploring the whole house. She is easily startled and needs a calm home without small children. Natalie doesn't like to be held, but likes to curl up next to you on the couch and purrs readily. She has been perfectly healthy and is spayed, could be microchipped if desired. Prospective adopters will need to agree to keep her indoors and submit to a home inspection and interview. Prefer someone within an approximately 60-mile radius from Newport, OR. Adoption fee is $50, which could be waived for the right circumstances. We would also take her back if the re-homing doesn't work out.
