Up for sale is my 2006 Kawasaki KLR 650, with tons of upgrades.
I picked up the bike with 6900 miles, and it's now at 11310 miles. That number probably won't move much, because it's become my 2nd bike.
The following information pertains to the bike:
SuperTrapp IDS2 Exhaust (forest service approved with spark arrestor for off-road)
DynoJet jetting kit done (bike runs PERFECTLY)
Eagle balance chain adjuster upgrade (i.e. the "doo")
High output halogen halogen headlamp
UNI high flow air filter (done prior to jetting, so the bike runs perfectly)
New wet battery
Clutch and sidestand safety switches bypassed (but done with quick disconnects so that they can be reversed easily)
ProTaper bars: CR High
ProTaper pillow grips
Acerbis Rally Pro brush guards
90% on brake pads
IRC GP110 tires (60/40) with 80% life
Heavy duty IRC tubes installed at same time as tires
SS Brake lines front and rear with speed bleeder on rear
Brand new plastics (replaced because previous owner left the bike in the sun and the red turned pink!)
IMS tank (with measured 6.5 gallon USABLE capacity)
FieldSheer tail bag
Stock tank and radiator shrouds included (in very good condition, easily resellable for $250)
I just finished doing a full service on the bike (replacing all consumable fluids and lubricating the chain). I just don't have room or time for the bike anymore. It's been excellent, and has been super reliable throughout its time with me. It's a KLR, and therefore has been down, but not with the new plastics, and there is absolutely no damage anywhere on the bike. This bike is spotless.
The title is clean, and in my possession. No trades please.
